As throughout the whole villa, the bedrooms and bathrooms have a modern and refined style: out of a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the ground floor, and 1 en-suite bedroom is on the first floor.
On the ground floor, the blue coloured double bedroom has access to the entrance terrace with a view towards the garden and swimming pool, and shares the bathroom (with shower) with the pink double bedroom room. Still on that floor, the twin bedroom with 2 beds, coloured in light yellow and grey, has a window with a view for the mentioned terrace; near this bedroom, there’s another full bathroom (with shower and bathtub).
On the first floor, the en-suite double room - coloured in light grey and light yellow - is well lit, having access to a balcony with a magnificent view towards the garden and swimming pool; the en-suite bathroom (with bathtub) has, like all the other bathrooms, an electric heater.
All bedrooms have Air Conditioning.

Living & Amenities

Through the terrace, one enters the villa to a well-lit living room, very commodious and modern, coloured in light grey and light yellow. With a fireplace, a big sofa and a TV + Wi-Fi, the living room transmits comfort and elegance.
The living room at the entrance extends to a dining room contiguous to the kitchen, equipped for 8 people. The kitchen is big and well-furnished, including as well a laundry room in a separate area.

Garden & Swimming Pool

Entering the property, a calm garden emerges with its lawn and tall trees that support the outdoor space privacy. Matching the blue colour of the sky, a desirable swimming pool provides a refreshing touch in harmony with the garden. The swimming pool is 10 meters long and 5 meters wide, having a 70cm depth close to the stairs and 2meters depth in the deepest end.
Close to the swimming pool, there are 8 comfortable sun loungers to make possible a peaceful afternoon accompanied by a refreshing beverage.
Under the Sun and near the swimming pool, there are 2 living spaces ideal to relish your vacations; a refreshing palm tree and the garden surround one of these spaces where you can relax and get involved in a pleasant chat. The other living space, supported by a charcoal BBQ, is ideal for having and preparing great al-fresco meals, accompanied by a great wine and a relaxed chat in one of the nearby sofas.
You can access the villa’s entrance terrace through a stairway; this terrace, great to read a book in a sun lounger or to have coffee in the company of friends, has also a space to have meals.
There’s private parking space inside the property for 2 or more vehicles.
