Bedrooms & Bathrooms

There are 5 bedrooms in total, all of them en-suite. The rooms are good sized and decorated nicely. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 single beds, both decorated in pleasant shades of white, gray and black. The bathroom of the double bedroom has a bath and the bathroom in the single room offers a shower column.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms. One double bedroom, decorated in white and gold and two bedrooms with two single beds each, one in shades of brown and beige and the other in shades of white and red. All the bathrooms are good sized and have a jacuzzi bathtubs. The single room in brown tones, has a private terrace where you can enjoy the sun and have some privacy.
On the ground floor, there’s an extra WC.

Living & Amenities

The house has a practical fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and other indispensable accessories. It also has direct access to the BBQ and to the pool area.
The living room is very bright as its open space structure allows the entry of sunshine through the large glasses found on the first floor corridors. It is a feature of the house that provides some uniqueness to it. A fireplace is also present to make the space more cosy on winter days.
The basement of the house is transformed into a leisure area, with a comfortable sofa where you can watch some movies, play a game of pool or some card or board games in the existing table.
There’s Wi-Fi broadband internet connection and TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc…). An integrated sound system runs throughout the house and can be controlled individually in each room to play local radio stations.
The air conditioning is central and provides cold or heat for the whole house.

Garden & Swimming Pool

One of the strong points of this villa is the exterior, it couldn’t be otherwise. Complete with an artificial waterfall to provide the looks and the sounds of running water which are quite relaxing. The swimming pool has approximately 12 meters in length by 6 meters wide and has and additional Jacuzzi fit for 4 persons or more. The pool has an overflow system and the depths vary from 0,75 meters by the stairs up until 2,20 meters by the deepest end. The pool can be heated upon request for an extra charge.
There are 10 sun loungers by the pool side and comfortable outdoor furniture under a shaded pergola to provide the conditions for a well-deserved rest. Under another shaded pergola by the kitchen and BBQ side is the outdoor dining table, with room for 10 persons to enjoy lovely al-fresco meals. To complete the picture there’s an outdoor table tennis table to keep our guests entertained.
There’s secure parking space for 3 or more cars inside the property.
