Bedrooms & Bathrooms

On the 1st floor there are 3 en-suite bedrooms equipped with air conditioning. The master bedroom, with a classic décor and parquet floor offers plenty of natural light through the sliding door that accesses a large private terrace overlooking the garden and the golf course. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
The bedroom in the middle has 2 single beds, parquet flooring and decorated in navy blue, also with a private bathroom with a bath.
The other bedroom on this floor has a double bed, parquet floor, classic lines, aired through the door that provides access to a large terrace with sweeping views of the garden and the front of the house. The private bathroom also has a bathtub.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with twin beds, with the possibility of separating them into two single beds, both with parquet floors, air conditioning and private bathrooms, each equipped with a bathtub.
In the basement there are 2 further en-suite bedrooms, with 2 single beds each. These rooms each have a private bathroom equipped with a shower.
There is an additional WC on the ground floor.

Living & Amenities

The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all necessary appliances for your stay. A door provides access to the barbecue area from the kitchen as well as from the laundry room, equipped with a washer and a dryer.
In the dining area there is a glass table with chairs next to a large rounded glass window overlooking the pool and garden. The living room also benefits from a large amount of natural light coming not only from large sliding doors that access the pool area but from the large windows by the high ceiling. The fireplace provides warmth to the room where the comfortable sofas in front of the flat screen TV and small centre table surrounded by 4 beanbags make the delight of the little ones for painting activities and others games. In one corner of this room there’s also a card games table for up to 4 persons. The living room is equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet access.
Down the lower floor there is a spacious game room for the whole family, equipped with a pool table, a table tennis table and table football.

Garden & Swimming Pool

The beautiful garden which overlooks the golf course, surrounds the entire property and some large trees provide a cooling shade on hot days. The pool which is about 10-meter-long by 3,5-meter-wide and is 80 cm deep by the stairs to 2 meters in the deep end. It is fenced for the safety of children and has a shallow part (circa 60cm) for the younger to play. A beautiful pergola and awnings provide shade on the comfortable outdoor furniture, positioned just next to the pool. There are plenty of sun loungers to lay around the pool and also a charcoal barbecue.
There’s parking space inside and outside the property.
