Bedrooms & Bathrooms
2 bedrooms are on the ground floor, both with a double bed, one being en-suite and the other one with a family bathroom just next to it. The 3rd bedroom is on the 1st floor, also with a double bed, it is accessed via the entryway patio, with its own private balcony with table and chairs and great golf views.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Living & Amenities
The surrounding and adjacent green spaces and the birds singing help us to forget the everyday life and relax. Modern kitchen and décor, recently refurbished. This villa has cable TV with many English spoken programs and internet access via Wi-Fi.
Garden & Swimming Pool
Outdoors you can find a nice pool (heatable on request) with approximately 9 by 4 meters, 1-meter-deep by the stairs and 2 meters at the deep end, a green area right next to the golf course with plenty of space to lay the sun loungers around, a practical veranda to provide the necessary shade for the outdoor dining table and the charcoal BBQ. Just a couple of minutes away by car are the excellent beaches of Falésia and Marina, by foot it will take you approximately 30 minutes to cover the distance of 3km. This villa is right next to the Old Course golf course, the first course to be built in Vilamoura and one of the most recognized and acclaimed European courses. Next to the villa is also a complete sports complex where you can find various sports to practice during your holidays. A supermarket is within walking distance for the most essential purchases of everyday life and also a few restaurants and a bar.

We visited Portugal for the first time last month during our children's school mid-term break, the children are 5 and 6 years of age so we needed somewhere that guaranteed entertainment! And what a trip! From our first enquiry until our checkout at this beautiful villa, Antonio and Dora ensured that we had a perfect holiday; the welcome basket, the tips on where to visit, the 'nothing is a problem' attitude. We all (especially the children) loved the pool, the golf course provided a beautiful walk for us in the evenings and the villa was a 5 min drive from the town....perfect. We visited Slide and Splash and Zoo Marine, amazing places, so much to do in this beautiful place. We'll be back for sure.

Great Villa in a great location
Great Villa nice warm pool everything you need.Nice and peaceful overlooking the golf course.Service from Seashell was excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Relaxing holiday
We stayed here for 1 week. Very warm welcome on arrival by seashell rep,we received a lovely welcome pack of goodies. Villa clean,pool cleaned twice during our stay. Quiet location next to 7th tee of oceanic golf course.Lots of welcome shade from pine trees in garden. Beds were ok. Upstairs annex perfect for our daughter and boyfriend to have their own space. Good kitchen facilities

Beautiful villa in an ideal tranquil location
Very clean, modern, well equipped and well kept villa with beautiful garden and swimming pool. Only downside was a lack of mirrors and the sticky sap around the pool and patio areas from the trees.

Stunning location, beautiful villa!
We recently spent 11 nights at Villa Beira Golfe in Vilamoura. We regularly holiday in Portugal and were looking for a quiet location where we could relax as a family after a long year! The villa itself is situated in a quiet residential street, it has 3 double bedrooms (one of these is in a self-contained annex upstairs) and 3 bathrooms and a spacious lounge/diner/kitchen area. The decor is fresh, modern and very tasteful and the villa is extremely well stocked from a self-catering perspective (we enjoyed freshly squeezed orange juice on several occasions). The outstanding part of this villa is definitely the garden and the kidney shaped pool,which overlooks the 7th fairway of the Oceanico Old Course Golf Club, where we spent many chilled-out afternoons keeping cool in the shade of the beautiful pine trees which line the golf course. Our 2 kids, 13 and 11, spent most of their time in the pool of taking advantage of the broadband internet access which is available. There is a large barbecue if you fancy eating at home but the location of the villa allows easy travel by car down to the marina where there are endless restaurants offering a wide selection of world foods (park behind MacDonalds to get free parking!). Alternatively we travelled a few evening into Olhos d'agua,where we have stayed in the past, to some of our old favourite restaurants. Vilamoura is well placed for the Forum Algave shopping centre in Faro or Algarve shopping center in Albufeira and are about 25 mins in either direction. We had some initial problems with our rental which were quickly resolved by Antonio and his team and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending this villa to anyone - it really has something for everyone! We look forward to returning in the future

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes we do. We accept credit card payments over the telephone, email or via our website (PayPal).
Just like in any other credit card transaction, fees will apply (usually 2.9% over the transferred amount) and if not paid together with the transaction they will be deducted from the breakage deposit. In the booking form the correct payment method should be selected, we will also provide you with our PayPal email address for the payment of the balance.
Why am i being asked for passport details of every member in our party?
The registration of each individual person is a requirement from a Portuguese law under article 45 of the Schengen Implementing Convension (CISA). A valid identification document such as the passport is required. You can either provide these details prior to your arrival via internet or during your stay via paper format. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
What temperature will the water be if i request pool heating?
The temperature in each pool heating system will be set to 28º Celsius.
Most of our pool heating systems work with a heat pump. These systems are very dependent on outside air temperature and will have better or worse performance based on the average outside air temperature, it is only natural than in colder months the water temperature never reaches 28º Celsius and may even feel cold to the touch however without the heating it would be much colder. These systems usually maintain the water temperature anywhere from 5º to 10ºC above the average outside air temperature. Make sure to understand these limitations before you ask for the pool heating.
Is there a minimum age for making a booking?
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Groups of young adults and other risk groups may be asked for twice the amount of the breakage deposit as an added insurance. The person making the booking will become the lead passenger.
What about the payment terms?
To confirm your reservation a deposit of 25% is required within a week of receiving the booking form and payment details. If there is no payment after this period we reserve the right to cancel your request.
The balance will be due 8 weeks before arrival unless the arrival date is at less than 8 weeks from the present day in which case the whole amount of the accomodation must be paid to confirm the booking.
The breakage deposit (varying amount) can be paid together with the balance or it can be paid in cash at arrival.
