A group of 9 golfers playing local courses. The location of this property was great just a short walk to the restaurants in the Marina. A really friendly restaurant just round the corner. We had the pool heated which is well recommended. The garden over look one of the Pinhal fairways. Very quiet luxurious area. The agency looking after this villa where excellent

My overall impression of this villa was just amazing, we had a fantastic family holiday on a large scale, and it more than accomadated us. The pool was fantastic, large villa, with all the amumities you need, a nice leisurely walk to the beautiful marine, short walk to the supermarket spar, which had a very small Portuguese bar, with very friendly staff and locals, we enjoyed the portugal and France football game, and even better bottles of super bock €1.05 each, fantastic night, amazing villa. Brilliant family holiday, just one thing, a complimentary, tea, coffee , milk , sugar and juice, would be an asset especially for those with a night flight, as we did not have a drink until 12.00 am next day after finding our way around. Apart from that we couldn't fault this villa

This villa is conveniently situated within a 10 minute walk to Vilamoura Marina and enjoys beautiful views of the Pinhal Golf Course. It is a short drive away from the Aquashow water park and the town of Quarteira where the weekly Wednesday market worth a visit. It is perfectly designed for a family holiday - offering excellent living/dining accommodation and bedroom facilities. WIFI was a plus for the teenagers in the family! The outside BBQ area was brilliant and the pool was a good size with plenty of outdoor living space as well. Seashell Villas - the property management company - was very efficient and actually visited us in the property on our first evening to welcome us, answer any queries etc and we found this very help I would recommend this property without hesitation as it ticked all the boxes for a fantastic family holiday.

Just some words to say this Villa is very nice, extra large, nice place, just next a Golf... So quiet. Très bonne notation pour cette villa attachante, on y a passé de très agréables vacances, uartier très calme, assez uppé. Piscine profonde. La plage la plus proche et agréable = Praia da Falaisia (très bien, très grande et belles vagues) sinon chercher l'exostisme des criques cachées (Sao Rafael etc... Google Map et Google Earth permettent de trouver les bons endroits). Il faut un GPS sur place, nettement plus pratique. Si non Villa très spacieuse, Wi-Fi, TV, 4 chanbres, 3 SDB... Vraiment bien. Bonnes vacances aux suivants!

Arrived 5th August 2016 with 10 family members of an age range between 2 & 60+ years. First impressions were excellent, very spacious and comfortable, lovely outside space and pool area. Large well equipped kitchen with indoor and outdoor dining. Upon closer inspection and actual use of the facilities the outside dining chairs were found to be broken and a number of the drinking tumblers were cracked. The barbecue grilles were in poor condition and the area itself being enclosed was unbearably hot and lacked proper ventilation. The refrigerator although functional had been damaged and the door would not close properly. The outdoor space was lovely but spoilt a little by the tree debris which littered the grassy space and the pool. The design of the pool was ideal for the mixed ages of our group but the adult members of the group found the steps to be a little intrusive. The advertised table tennis table was in fact in the underground garage and covered in bric a brac and so was not really available for use. The first floor master bedroom balcony was not easily accessed for use and appeared to have been neglected for sometime, there was no furniture available and so it was not really a usable facility. The air conditioning of the bedrooms was essential and outstanding. The location was convenient and was a comfortable walking distance to the Vilamoura Marina and beachs. However, the return walk was uphill and the senior members of our group found it to be a challenge. Taxis are not readily available in the evening and even holiday makers with the benefit of a hire car will find the Vilamoura traffic a challenge. In summary, I suggest this villa is overdue for some tender loving care. Not withstanding the above comments we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday villa and will return again. My comments should be taken as informative and should not preclude anyone from hiring this property as the positives still outweigh the negatives.
