A Seashell iniciou a sua atividade em 2004, contando neste momento com mais de 10 anos de experiência no mercado. Começou por ser uma empresa familiar, direcionada para a administração de imóveis e todos os serviços daí inerentes. No entanto, com o decorrer dos anos começamos a verificar uma crescente necessidade da parte dos nossos clientes de ter algum rendimento com o seu imóvel que os pudessem ajudar a fazer face às despesas. Assim sendo, começamos também a nos especializar em administração de imóveis com a finalidade de aluguer sazonal.
Neste momento, contamos com uma dúzia de colaboradores, num variado leque de funções e especializações, de modo a prestar um melhor serviço a todos os nossos clientes, quer sejam proprietários ou hospedes. Ao longo dos anos temos o orgulho de afirmar que os nossos clientes proprietários se tornaram parte da nossa alargada família e alguns dos nossos hospedes se tornaram amigos, pois tendo uma boa vivência/experiência nas suas férias voltam ano após ano e são a nossa melhor publicidade.

Luis is our chief gardener, he was kinda bloated (ovated) when he took this photo. With a team of 5 and a lot of work to do, he lost quite some weight. He's gaining it back now. :)

5 Years later we're still waiting for André to get his driving license back. Until then, he will be serving waters to the rest of the staff. Occasionaly he does other stuff too.
