On the ground floor of this recent house there are two bedrooms; One with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom is decorated with a modern touch and bright colours, furniture with elegant lines and a window overlooking the pool area. The other room on this floor has two double beds and also an en-suite bathroom with shower. Next to these 2 bedrooms there is a door that provides direct access to the pool.
On the first floor, left side of the stairs, there is a large bedroom with two double beds and two sliding windows that lead to two separate terraces, one of them with a pool view. This warm-coloured room has a shared bathroom with another bedroom at the right the stairs that has a double bed and a sliding window that leads to a terrace overlooking the pool and the ocean. The bathroom that serves these two bedrooms on this floor is also equipped with shower. Last but not least, there’s the master bedroom with a king bed, spacious areas and a chaise longue. A sliding window leads to the outside where a balcony overlooking the sea and pool make this room so unique and delicious. The bathroom is en-suite and it is also equipped with a shower.
All rooms have air conditioning and all bathrooms are modern and equipped with beautiful stone sinks.

Living & Amenities

The kitchen is open towards the living room and dining area and has a door with access to the outside and BBQ area. Fully equipped and easy to use, with dishwasher machine, microwave and all essential appliances. It has a black marble working surface and a small table for breakfast.
In the living room / dining room, a long wooden table fit for a large number of people is just next to a sliding window that lets in natural light and allows to contemplate the horizon. For cooler days the fireplace will help to contribute to a more comfortable and romantic atmosphere.
A flat screen TV with UK channels and an internet connection with Wi-Fi will help you to keep up to date and connected to the world.

Garden & Swimming Pool

The highlight of this beautiful villa is without a doubt the view, it is difficult to remain indifferent to the sight of the sea, the islands and the Ria Formosa. A pergola covers the outdoor table which can sit 10 people contemplating the frameless picture while enjoying a meal. Next to it, a comfortable sofa, supported by a glass-topped table for light meals or tea, games or reading.
With sunshine all day long, the sun loungers along the pool are the delight of our guests. The kidney shaped blue pool invites to swim and play and can be heated when requested for an additional fee. The charcoal barbecue is next to the kitchen window. Below the pool area, a games room with pool table and a table tennis table will bring more fun to your holiday.
Parking is just next to house and has room for several cars.
