Located in a central area, near Boliqueime, this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa is excellent to get away from the buzz of the tourist areas while still just a few minutes away from the beaches and all the attractions. It has a great garden all around the property, fully enclosed, and a good-sized pool that catches the Sun all day long.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There are 2 bedrooms in the ground floor; one is an en-suite with a double bed and with a bathtub in the bathroom. The second bedroom on the ground floor has 2 twin beds that can be joined together or separated. This bedroom uses a bathroom in the corridor just next to it.
On the first floor, there are another 2 bedrooms, both with access to a big balcony with pool view. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has 2 double beds. Both bedrooms use one large bathroom in the corridor of the 1st floor.
With the use of 2 sofa beds the maximum sleeping capacity for this villa is 12. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Living & Amenities
The kitchen is very spacious and complete with all the appliances and accessories needed for everyday life. There’s even a pantry area with an extra fridge. From the kitchen, there’s also a door leading to the shaded BBQ area with the outdoor dining table.
The living room is ample and has 3 separate zones, the bar, the sitting and dining zone. The sitting area has a fireplace, a TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc…) and Wi-Fi coverage for all over the villa.
In the basement, there’s also a games room with a pool table.
Garden & Swimming Pool
Perhaps the best feature of this villa is still the outside as this villa has a spacious garden with multiple plants and fruit trees, especially orange trees in which the oranges are available for the guests to grab (in due time). It also has a fully enclosed plot that is safe for children and a swimming pool with 9 meters long by 5 meters wide. Around this pool, over 10 sun loungers are ready to help you catch some sun shine.
The outdoor charcoal BBQ will be a treat for the senses once you light the coals and grill a fresh fish or a nice piece of meat. The table is just next to it and completely shaded from the scalding Sun. Nearby, outside the living room is a nice set of outdoor furniture for some evening chats, read a book or just watch out for the kids in the pool.
There’s plenty of secure parking spaces inside the plot.

We stayed here the start of July, villa is easy enough to find although it’s quiet rural. Beautiful villa, great space as there was 12 of us. Villa was extremely clean, we a little problem with water pressure but David resolved that quickly. One thing I will say is that it was very hard to get a taxi from where we were. Nobody seemed to be able to find us. I would suggest maybe letting local taxi drivers know where it is and maybe leaving a taxi no in the booklet. There are beautiful orange trees on site and it was amazing having fresh orange juice in the mornings. We would definitely come back here and would highly recommend it for those with large families that are not bothered with the hussle of resort life.

Our Dream Holiday
This villa has been with out a doubt the best villa we have ever rented . Everything you see in the pictures is exactly what you get !!The property was spotless clean when we arrived , there was a welcome basket when we arrived which we did not expect , lovely touch . We were a family of 8 and the was more than enough room for us all . The pool was FANTASTIC ! We had it heated , which was brilliant , could not get the kids or adults out of it !It was a fine deep pool too which was great fun .... the garden in this property was beautiful , there were oranges trees in the garden and oh my goodness , they were delicious !!The area was really quite and felt very safe there , we had a private entrance which had a gate that we could open my remote control. The property itself is quite near to everything to be fair but you will have to get taxis but we knew that before we arrived so was not a problem for us , we dealt with a taxi service which seashell recommended called WoW , they were outstanding , highly recommend. Seashell who rented this property to us were by far the best ever company i have ever dealt with , they could not have helped us anymore than they did , even before we arrived at a small fee they got in some shopping for us as we had a late arrival , was a brillant service , the only problem we encountered was the pool heating went off but before i say anymore it was our fault because of all the diving and splashing from the kids and adults , the water level dropped a bit so it cut out so we made sure to keep an eye on that. But the reason i say it is when i rang them, 2 very nice gentleman were out to us within 10 min and problem solved , even though it was a sunday , You will not be disappointed booking this villa especially with this company , will be using them in the further. We have stayed in villas before and most of the companies would not even answer your call ...We stayed in this house for 8 nights and it was pure luxury , also we had a late flight home that day and because there was no booking that day we were allowed to stay until our flight time , was a great worry off my mind , Please enjoy your holiday here , you will love it !

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes we do. We accept credit card payments over the telephone, email or via our website (PayPal).
Just like in any other credit card transaction, fees will apply (usually 2.9% over the transferred amount) and if not paid together with the transaction they will be deducted from the breakage deposit. In the booking form the correct payment method should be selected, we will also provide you with our PayPal email address for the payment of the balance.
Why am i being asked for passport details of every member in our party?
The registration of each individual person is a requirement from a Portuguese law under article 45 of the Schengen Implementing Convension (CISA). A valid identification document such as the passport is required. You can either provide these details prior to your arrival via internet or during your stay via paper format. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.
What temperature will the water be if i request pool heating?
The temperature in each pool heating system will be set to 28º Celsius.
Most of our pool heating systems work with a heat pump. These systems are very dependent on outside air temperature and will have better or worse performance based on the average outside air temperature, it is only natural than in colder months the water temperature never reaches 28º Celsius and may even feel cold to the touch however without the heating it would be much colder. These systems usually maintain the water temperature anywhere from 5º to 10ºC above the average outside air temperature. Make sure to understand these limitations before you ask for the pool heating.
Is there a minimum age for making a booking?
You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Groups of young adults and other risk groups may be asked for twice the amount of the breakage deposit as an added insurance. The person making the booking will become the lead passenger.
What about the payment terms?
To confirm your reservation a deposit of 25% is required within a week of receiving the booking form and payment details. If there is no payment after this period we reserve the right to cancel your request.
The balance will be due 8 weeks before arrival unless the arrival date is at less than 8 weeks from the present day in which case the whole amount of the accomodation must be paid to confirm the booking.
The breakage deposit (varying amount) can be paid together with the balance or it can be paid in cash at arrival.
