Yes we do. We accept credit card payments over the telephone, email or via our website (PayPal).

Just like in any other credit card transaction, fees will apply (usually 2.9% over the transferred amount) and if not paid together with the transaction they will be deducted from the breakage deposit. In the booking form the correct payment method should be selected, we will also provide you with our PayPal email address for the payment of the balance. 

The registration of each individual person is a requirement from a Portuguese law under article 45 of the Schengen Implementing Convension (CISA). A valid identification document such as the passport is required. You can either provide these details prior to your arrival via internet or during your stay via paper format. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter. 

The temperature in each pool heating system will be set to 28º Celsius.

Most of our pool heating systems work with a heat pump. These systems are very dependent on outside air temperature and will have better or worse performance based on the average outside air temperature, it is only natural than in colder months the water temperature never reaches 28º Celsius and may even feel cold to the touch however without the heating it would be much colder. These systems usually maintain the water temperature anywhere from 5º to 10ºC above the average outside air temperature. Make sure to understand these limitations before you ask for the pool heating. 

You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking. Groups of young adults and other risk groups may be asked for twice the amount of the breakage deposit as an added insurance. The person making the booking will become the lead passenger.

To confirm your reservation a deposit of 25% is required within a week of receiving the booking form and payment details. If there is no payment after this period we reserve the right to cancel your request.

The balance will be due 8 weeks before arrival unless the arrival date is at less than 8 weeks from the present day in which case the whole amount of the accomodation must be paid to confirm the booking.

The breakage deposit (varying amount) can be paid together with the balance or it can be paid in cash at arrival.
