Bedrooms & Bathrooms

On the ground floor there’s an en-suite bedroom with 2 single beds, with shower, decorated in ivory and blue tones.
On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms sharing the same bathroom with shower and bath. The master bedroom has a double bed made of 2 twin beds, these can be separated to make two single beds. It has a sliding door that opens onto a small private balcony. The other bedroom, with 2 twin beds, also with a small private balcony overlooking the entrance of the condominium.
All the rooms have air conditioning and there’s a small toilet that provides supports to the ground floor.

Living & Amenities

The kitchen is fully equipped, with cabinets in light colours, with an access door to the garage and another one for the barbecue area, garden and pool.
The living room is decorated with classic and smooth lines, has air conditioning and a fireplace that turns the room very cosy on cold days. It has a round table that sits 6 people and a living area with comfortable sofas where you can watch TV and access the internet via Wi-Fi. Sliding doors provide direct access to the pool and garden, allowing the entry of natural light.
The laundry is in the garage and has a washer and dryer.

Garden & Swimming Pool

The pool is about 7 meters long by 3.5 meters wide, shallow to allow games in the water and with plenty of sun loungers to relax in the sun. The chill out area has comfortable sofas protected by a pergola and a turfed area that is perfect for the children to play.
Next to the kitchen is the charcoal barbecue with an outdoor table and chairs, ready for a good barbecued al-fresco meal by the pool.
There is private parking for one or more vehicles in the garage.
